The material of the beads can be divided into PET eco-friendly material and PVC ordinary material.
Two materials characteristics for customer reference
PET material: eco-friendly, passes European safety standards tests, can be washed and ironed, has high material toughness, and beads will not break when stitched with a flat machine.
PVC material: not washable, easy to fade, not resistant to high temperatures, fragile material, suitable for single-use items.
Customers can choose the materials they need according to their own requirements.

Reminder: Due to the different combinations of bead styles and colors among our clients, as well as their varying requirements for bead materials, we have a wide variety of bead styles and colors. Therefore, we do not have ready stock available. We kindly ask for your understanding and the minimum order quantity is 5KG per style and color.

Customers who purchase more than 500KG at one time, our factory can provide free molding based on the samples or information provided by the customer. Interested parties are welcome to visit the store or call for consultation.

      Customer's Notice

 1. Shipping Method:

 Small items (weight less than 50KG) are generally shipped by courier, and our company normally cooperates with Yunda, ZTO, and customers can contact the customer service if they need to use other couriers. If there is a need to make up the difference in freight, the freight will be directly modified. Large items (weight more than 50KG) are generally shipped by logistics, and the normal logistics are the nearest logistics. Customers can also provide their own designated logistics points.

 2. Shipping time:

 Under normal circumstances, the goods with spot payment will be shipped on time within 36 hours after the order is placed. For custom-made orders, the delivery time will depend on the quantity and variety of the customer's custom-made goods, as well as the specific order and the agreement with the customer (standard varieties and quantities of orders will be shipped within 7 days).

 About after-sales service:

 If the return or exchange is not due to a quality issue of the product, the round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is a quality issue with the product or if the warehouse sends the wrong goods, please contact customer service to confirm the accuracy. After confirmation, please send the goods back using a standard courier service. The shipping costs should be prepaid by the buyer.

 Return and Exchange Process:

1. Please contact the online customer service within 5 days of receiving the goods to provide photos of the product quality as evidence.

2. After the customer service confirms your application, the goods will be returned or sent back.

3. The goods for return or exchange must be intact.

4. Upon receiving the goods in the warehouse, quality inspection will be conducted.

5. Confirm the return and process the refund.

 The following situations do not accept returns or exchanges:

 1. Damage to the product due to personal estimation.

 2. The buyer signed for the goods without checking the damage in time and directly signed for the receipt.

 3. Signing time exceeds 7 days;

 Custom-made products.

 We strive to make the product photos as consistent as possible with the actual items. However, due to differences in shooting time, angle, monitor, and personal color perception, there may be a certain color difference between the product photos and the actual items. The final color should be determined by the actual item received.
