2. Color Issue: All products in our store do not support the selection of styles and colors. They are randomly assigned. All shipments are defaulted to a mixed-style batch. 3. Product Defect Issue: Our factory primarily produces handcrafted products, such as resin craft, hand painting, material application, and molding. Due to the complete manual control of the production process for handcrafted products, some products may have minor paint chipping or even color fading. This uncontrollable minor defect is not a quality issue and cannot be avoided. Treating such minor flaws as quality problems, we kindly ask buyers to exercise caution when purchasing our products.
