Purchasing Tips

1:Quantities below 15, the factory sells at low profit and offers multiple sales. For 1-2 damaged items, compensation can be provided, but no replacement will be issued. Please do not order if you cannot accept this.

2Regarding samples, multiple specifications and colors are available for purchase. If you purchase a sample, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If the sample is damaged, it can be replaced with the bulk order. There will be no separate replacement or compensation for the damaged sample.

3：关于破损，收到货时第一时间检查外箱，如有破损痕迹，请拍照（外箱+快递单+破损的产品）联系客服，我们找快递理赔，补发产品，如若签收，视同确认收货。

4Regarding returns and exchanges, the gift box is a disposable packaging, and the damage is very severe when returning or exchanging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for large quantities. Before purchasing the bulk, please first buy the sample to try the fitting. If the return or exchange is due to the customer's reasons, the customer needs to assume the return freight and damage costs.

5Regarding the dirty spots, due to the production process, there may be glue on the bottom of some gift boxes. It can be wiped clean, but please do not purchase if you are sensitive to this.

The gift boxes are all handmade, please understand!
