6. Damage during transportation: To reduce customers’ shipping costs, we choose standard logistics for delivery. However, standard logistics do not offer compensation for damage during transport. Major domestic logistics companies do provide compensation, but the shipping fees are twice or three times higher. We do not recommend using large-scale logistics services, as some products are prone to damage. If any product is damaged during transportation, it can be returned. For glass products, a 70% refund is provided; for pure plastic products, a 90% refund is given. However, the return shipping cost must be borne by the buyer. The products returned to us can only be recycled by a waste factory at a 30–40% discount. Since both of us are responsible for any damage, we also remind the logistics company to handle the items carefully and gently.
