1. Self-operated factory – Our products are produced and sold directly by the company, eliminating intermediate intermediaries.
 
2. Free layout: The customer service will create the layout for you free of charge, and if you need patterns, high-resolution images will be provided.
 
3. Customization process: computer typesetting – verification of the result – production of the printed version – printing – drying and shipping
 
4. Customization fees: Single-color printing requires 50 units or more. Multi-color printing has plate fees based on the number of colors; for details, please contact customer service.
 
5. Bag Material: The backpack is made of thick imported material. It features clear patterns, is durable, resistant to wear, and the logo will not fade when printed.
 
6. Provide invoices. For customized backpacks sold to enterprises and groups, we can issue formal VAT ordinary invoices on your behalf. For the tax amount, please contact customer service.
 
7. No returns or exchanges. Since the custom-printed backpack cannot be resold, it is not possible to make a return or exchange【except for quality issues]. Please carefully check the details when confirming the design mockup. Thank you!

We have two options for printing.

Option 1: Finished product + printing. Minimum order quantity is 30 pieces. (The printed content will be in monochrome.) There are no requirements regarding the color or quantity of the backpacks; 30 pieces is the minimum. Shipping will take 2–3 days.
Option 2: Re-production. For monochrome backpacks, a minimum order quantity of 100 is required. (Multi-color printing is possible; production time is approximately 10–12 days)
