Regarding color difference

All images in this store were taken by the owner using a high-power camera to accurately reflect the true colors of the products. However, due to lighting conditions, background settings, and differences in monitors, the colors of some product images may differ slightly from the actual items. For buyers with very strict color requirements, you can contact the owner for on-site photography, request a free sample, or order a small quantity of products first and then place a purchase after viewing the samples, to avoid unnecessary disputes.

Regarding defects

Most of the products in this store are handmade and cannot meet the standards of mechanical or digital production. Therefore, minor defects may occur in some items. Some flowers are inserted manually; if they are squeezed during transportation or used improperly during installation, some may fall off—this is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. Please simply insert them back into their original positions. If necessary, apply hot melt adhesive to fix them. If the flowers are deformed due to pressure, use a hair dryer or hot steam to restore their shape, and some flowers can be restored by rotating the petals. For certain products with severe defects that cannot be repaired, we can offer a replacement or a refund. This store does not accept returns for all products just because a few items have issues.

Regarding dimensions

All products in this store are measured manually, and it is inevitable that some error may occur due to different measurement methods. For special products, manual measurement is even more difficult to control. For example, when flower heads are made, the sizes when they are unfolded vary, resulting in different measurement results. In some cases, if the flower heads are squeezed, the measurement outcomes will also differ. When measuring, we use the mean value method to minimize errors.

1 Regarding the glue strands issue: Some flowers are attached one by one using glue, and some petals or leaves are also secured to the stems with glue. Therefore, the appearance of glue strands on some flowers, petals, or stems is normal. You can simply remove them gently with your hand; it does not affect normal use.

2 Regarding the pinhole issue: Some flowers and leaves are made of silk fabric. During processing, the fabric needs to be fixed to the wooden board using nails. Therefore, it is inevitable that some of the cut leaves and flower pieces may have small pinholes. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the overall appearance.

3 Regarding the exposed wire issue: Most flower poles contain wires, which help with bending and shaping during use. However, the manufacturing process of the poles is quite complex, and occasionally there may be cases where the plastic wrapping is not tight enough. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the overall appearance.

Regarding the signature receipt issue

There are many types of products available for purchase. For customers with small quantities, if using express delivery, please inspect the goods before signing for delivery, or unpack them under surveillance, as a few missing items can be difficult to detect by weight alone.

There are many types of products available for selection, and for customers with larger quantities, if it is shipped via express delivery, it is quite troublesome to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. However, after receipt, unpacking should be done under surveillance to prevent discrepancies in quantity and variety, which could lead to unnecessary disputes.

There are many types of products available for purchase. For customers with large quantities, it is not practical to immediately verify the quantity when receiving goods via logistics services. However, during unpacking and inspection, it is essential to do so under surveillance to avoid discrepancies in quantity and variety, which could lead to unnecessary disputes. Except for national chain logistics companies such as Baishi Express, Zhongtong Express, Deppon Logistics, and SF Express Land Transport, as well as local logistics firms—generally, they do not weigh the items, so weight alone is not a reliable method for verification.
