About Color Difference

All the images in our store are taken by the owner with a high-magnification camera, as real as possible to restore the true color of the products. Due to the differences in shooting light, shooting background, and display, there may be some color differences between the images and the actual products. If buyers have very strict requirements for color, you can contact the owner to take real objects on the spot, or apply for a free sample, or you can order a small amount of products first, and then order after seeing the sample to avoid unnecessary disputes.

About Flaws

Most of our products are handmade, which means they cannot meet the standards of mechanical or digital production. It is inevitable that some products may have minor imperfections. Some flowers are hand-inserted, and if they are squeezed during transportation or used improperly during construction, some flowers may fall off, which is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. Please simply reinsert them back to their original positions, and if necessary, use hot glue to attach them. If the flowers are deformed due to squeezing, use a blow dryer or hot steam to restore their shape, and for some flowers, you can use the method of rotating the petals. If the imperfections of some products are serious and cannot be repaired, we can exchange or refund them for you. We do not accept a return of all products due to the problems of a few individual products.

About the size

All products in our store are measured by hand, and there may be some errors due to different measuring methods. For special products, it is even more difficult to control when measured by hand, such as the size of the flower head, which may be different when the flower head is unfolded. The measurement results will definitely be different. For some flower heads, if they are squeezed, the measurement results will also be different. When we measure, we will adopt the mean method to minimize the errors.

1 Regarding the glue strands issue: Some flower heads are glued together by using glue, with each petal individually attached. Some flower heads or leaves are also fixed to the stems using glue. Therefore, the appearance of glue strands on some flower heads, petals, or stems is a normal phenomenon. Please gently remove it with your hands, which will not affect normal use.

Regarding the needle hole issue: Some of the flower heads and leaves are made of silk cloth. During the processing, the cloth is fixed to the wood board with nails, so it is inevitable that some of the cut leaves and flower petals have small needle holes. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the overall beauty.

Regarding the issue of exposed wire: Most flower sticks contain wire, which is intended to help with bending and shaping during use. However, the production process of the sticks is quite complex, and occasionally there may be instances where the plastic wrapping is not fully secure, which is considered normal and does not affect the overall beauty of the product.

Customers who have purchased a variety of products but in small quantities, if using express delivery, please inspect the goods before signing for them, or open the package under supervision, as the difference in a few items cannot be easily detected through weight.
