Purchasing Terms

1. Because gases are special, the following remote areas do not ship:

Xinjiang, Tibet, Hainan, and the regions where large-scale gatherings are held.

2. For orders with returns, helium is a gas that is invisible and intangible, so we have affixed a seal on the container. We do not support returns for containers with a torn seal. We do not support returns with cash on delivery or regular mail.

3. Regarding the return shipping, due to helium being an prohibited item, many courier services do not ship it. Our merchants have a valid operating permit and have registered with the courier service, and only when we have a long-term cooperation with the courier service can the shipment be made. If the local courier service refuses to accept the return, we suggest not to return it. Otherwise, if the courier is seized during transportation, the fines will be borne by the buyer, and we advise you to be cautious when making a purchase!
