How many pieces are required for a batch? Do you support mixed batches? Are there any amount restrictions? How are the shipping costs calculated?

Answer: All single-item products can be purchased in accordance with the online minimum order quantity. There is no limit to the mixed batch amount or quantity, and we support Alipay transactions! We clearly state the weight of each product, and the system will automatically calculate when you take a photo. There may be a slight error. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service to make the necessary modifications. If you are sending goods by logistics, please contact our customer service to modify the freight. All logistics freight is collect on delivery.

Is the product on the shelf in stock? What should we do if there is no stock?

Answer: All our products are sold in stock, and the precious items displayed on the page are all in stock. Please rest assured to purchase. Due to the large number of product varieties and daily shipment volume, there may be cases where individual products are not promptly removed from the shelf, leading to stockouts. Please understand, and we will contact you through a phone call or Alipay message.

Can the product be selected in terms of style or color?

Answer: Regarding the style and color issues, the default is to mix and match when ordering. If there are any specific requirements, friends can note down the style or color, and we will try our best to meet your needs. However, there may be missing colors and styles. The warehouse will contact you to inform you of the replacement to other styles. Please understand! I have already paid. When will the goods be shipped? What express delivery will be used? How long will it take to receive the goods?

Our default courier is random delivery by Huitong and Shentong. If these couriers cannot reach your area, please contact us to replace with other courier services for shipping.

If I encounter a quality problem with the product I purchased, what should I do?

Answer: If the product's quality issues cause the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or refund. Please return the product weighing at least 3-5 kilograms or with a value of 100 yuan. You can send it via regular mail or standard logistics, and the shipping cost will be borne by our company. Please do not use courier services that require payment upon delivery, such as DEYANG, JIAJIE, TIANDIHUAYU, etc. Include a return list in the return package. (Most problems can be repaired by simple operations.) For reasons such as poor sales or not as good as expected, which are not due to product quality issues, we generally do not provide returns. If you need to return the product, you can do so at a 20% discount if the product and packaging are intact.

Are the product images and descriptions accurate?
Answer: More than 98% of the product images are self-taken, which can more truly reflect the actual condition of the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. The product specifications and dimensions are measured based on the actual maximum dimensions of the product (the longest, widest, and tallest). I don't have Alipay, what should I do?
