Secondly, regarding the safety of goods transportation.Reminder for suppliers of one-yuan and two-yuan stores: when placing orders, it is best to add more soft products such as cleaning balls, dishcloths, cleaning wands, bath sponges, bath towels, garbage bags, and tissues. When these products are packed in the same box with <fragile items, plastic products (sensitive to pressure)>, they can serve as <buffering, shock absorption>, preventing heavy pressure and preventing damage from falls!
At present, the logistics industry (truck transport) is operated roughly, and the workers at the freight forwarding department (warehouse) may damage the goods when moving and unloading them.

For the very few customers who are both looking for a bargain and demanding high-quality goods, please look elsewhere; we are not willing to offend you.In addition: before the warehouse is loaded and shipped, our staff will inspect the goods to screen out any defects or inferior products that can be easily identified. Based on this, if you receive a product with a minor flaw, we do not offer a return or exchange. Since the profit margin on small goods wholesale is very thin, we focus on volume sales. Please understand!

About the damage during transportation,Our store's warehouse is staffed with experienced personnel who are responsible for packing and dispatch, and they will take great care to pack your items carefully. However, in the logistics and transportation industry, there are sometimes unavoidable instances of rough handling, even if the packaging is done to the best of our ability, it is difficult to guarantee that there will be no damage.

     The goods being transported by car: Due to the actual factors of the goods themselves, sometimes there is a damage phenomenon within 3% to 5% of a single shipment, which is within the normal scope of wear and tear. Please bear the cost yourself.In the event of significant damage due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or accidents (e.g., car accidents), please consult with us to jointly request the car shipping company for compensation. Both the buyer and seller should share the responsibility, and the store will assume the seller's corresponding responsibility. Other damage under normal circumstances is the responsibility of the car shipping department.

     Delivered goods by courier:

                 Please inspect the package upon receipt: ensure that the outer packaging is intact and that the contents are undamaged! If the courier is uncooperative with the inspection, you can complain to the corresponding courier company. For items that are susceptible to damage, they should be opened on the spot to check for any damage! If there is damage, please refuse to sign! And please take photos on site to record, as evidence for claiming compensation from the courier company or logistics enterprise. Signing the receipt indicates that you agree that the contents of the box are undamaged! Please carefully sign for the courier delivery.

3. About after-sales service:If a buyer finds any mistakes or omissions in the goods they receive on the day of delivery, please contact our store in time on the same day to negotiate the relevant matters. If it exceeds three days, our store will not be responsible for it!For large customers who place large orders for the first time, if there is uncertainty about the quality of the goods meeting their requirements, we can negotiate to send samples for inspection. If the customer is satisfied after seeing the samples, they can then place an order.
