Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

Q2: Can I print our logo on the product and change the color of the product?

Yes, we accept OEM service.

Q3: Can I get a sample?

A: Of course, but you may need to pay the sample fee, which will be refunded after signing any order. Some stock samples will be free for you!

Q4: What is the sample lead time and production lead time?

Answer: the inventory sample is one day, making sample 3-5 working days after receiving the sample fee. Production lead time depends on your order quantity, about7-30 days.

Q5: What are your terms of payment and trade?

A: We can accept it TT, PayPal, letter of credit love at first sight. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Before you pay the balance, we will show you photos of the products and packaging.

Q6: What are your delivery conditions?

A: FedEx/DHL/ups/t/EMS samples.

By air/Sea/train batch of goods; Airport/Port/station receiving.

Customers who specify freight forwarders or transferable transportation methods.

Q7: What certificates do you have for your products?

A: Most of our products have CE, ISO13485, etc.. Don't worry about the quality!

Q8: How long is your warranty?

A: Our warranty period is 1 to 5 years. According to the product.
