Order Instructions:

To ensure the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, this regulation has been established. Please understand and thank you! We do not accept returns in principle (replacement is possible if there are quality issues at the time of production, but the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Our quotes do not include any shipping fees and represent the ex-factory price. All our products undergo strict inspection by quality inspectors to ensure 100% quality; however, due to various uncertainties, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be of high quality upon delivery, while 2%-3% falls outside our warranty scope.)

The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges:

Products returned with damaged or incomplete packaging, incomplete accessories or related documents, repairs or modifications made without authorization, improper use or storage, or items beyond the post-sale service period.

1. Shipping Time:

Shipping will be arranged on the day of receipt of payment or the next day. If there is a high volume of orders, we will try to ship within three days. For particularly large order volumes, please communicate with us to determine the specific shipping date, which will be based on the agreed time. If you need to choose a different shipping method, please contact customer service promptly.

II. Shipping Instructions

1. Logistics: We can only estimate the shipping cost for the goods for the buyer. The actual shipping fee depends mainly on the amount upon pick-up. We can control the delivery time, but we cannot guarantee the arrival time at the freight station. Please understand!

2. Shipping: We will calculate the shipping cost, and add it to the order before payment.

3. We do not cover any return shipping fees for all orders; we also do not cover the shipping costs for exchanges or returns. Please read this carefully before placing an order.

III. Receiving Standards:

1. When picking up the goods, the buyer should carefully inspect the items in front of the logistics company personnel. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the logistics company in person; if unresolved, contact us at the freight station for consultation. Otherwise, acceptance of the goods will be considered as consent after delivery.

4: Regarding After-Sales Service:

For issues such as product quality problems or unsold inventory, our store will provide an exchange of products worth the same amount. Customers can negotiate a replacement order with our customer service. If the returned item is in good condition with its packaging and accessories intact, we will send out a replacement. If a return is required, we will issue a 20% discount on the item and do not cover any shipping costs.

5. Indemnity Clauses

1. All goods are produced and shipped based on customer orders. The products are generally made of plastic materials, with paper packaging. During transportation, especially over long distances between cities, some individual items may suffer damage due to shipping conditions (such as minor scratches from collisions, or slight deformation in colored box packaging). To prevent such damage, we use double-layer packaging, cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by shipping reasons.

The delivery time is influenced by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returning the item.

2. Our toys are high-quality and affordable, offering great value for money. Some buyers report issues such as rough workmanship, defects, poor materials, or differences from expectations after receiving the products. However, these do not constitute quality problems. No product is perfect; each item is shown in real photos. We understand if you are very picky—please consider this when purchasing and examine carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

3. All dimensions are measured manually, and a 1–2 CM error is considered normal.

Special Notes:

Seasonal products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please consult the customer service before bulk purchasing. Products from more than one quarter are exchangeable at a discount; full returns are not allowed, and this store does not accept any returns due to career changes.
