Supply Problem

Before shipping, there will be a specialized shipping department for strict inspection, and there should be no quality problems. If there are indeed problems that affect use, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt, providing relevant picture evidence. We will solve it for you, and we will bear the postage. Due to the different requirements of each customer, it is impossible to be perfect in the eyes of any customer. If there are any problems, please try to communicate with us.

Due to the normal working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, I may be a bit late in replying after work hours. Please understand, but we usually keep our phones on, so we usually reply to messages in time.

Non-quality issues are not subject to returns unless otherwise specified. Quality issues include but are not limited to damage, dirt, etc. and any serious and undisputed quality problems. Non-quality issues such as minor stains, slight marks, imperfections caused by human error, color differences due to different computer displays (colors may vary depending on the screen), personal dislikes, or subjective judgments such as not meeting expectations or poor texture are not considered quality issues.

Default shipping method will be used. If you have a specific shipping method in mind, please contact the shop owner prior to shipment. Shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
