If the shortage of goods is caused by insufficient stock, we will refund to you, or send it together with the next order, but we will not send it separately. More than 40% of the product images in our store are self-taken, which can more truly reflect the actual appearance of the products. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products.  Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It also cannot be used as a reason for returning the goods.
