2、Doll and action figure toys are manufactured by domestic factories, and the surface cannot be perfect without any defects. Generally, there will be minor flaws, such as uneven dyeing, slight black spots, slight color loss, air bubbles, and minor scratches or rough edges at the interface of the mold. These are normal phenomena! However, the overall workmanship is still quite good! The above conditions are not defects. If you have high requirements or pursue perfection, please be cautious. 3. This product does not support a seven-day return policy without any reason. Minor scratches or paint loss during transportation are considered normal. Before shipping, we will inspect the goods to ensure they are free from any quality issues. If during transportation, the product is compressed and causes the toy's accessories to come off, please use glue to fix them yourself. These are not quality issues and cannot be used as a reason to apply for a return or refund. Please accept the situation and re-purchase if necessary. Once the order is confirmed, it is considered an implicit agreement!
4. If there is a case of missing or severe damage, you can contact customer service to negotiate a replacement or exchange after considering the specific situation.

5. The product dimensions and weight on the page are measured by hand (there may be some errors). Dimensions can have an error of 1-3cm, and weight can have an error of 0.1-0.3kg, which are all within the normal error range. The data is for reference only and the actual product received should be the final standard. We do not support returning or refunding the product due to dimensions or weight errors.
6. The production cycle for merchandise figure toys is relatively long, and there may be stock shortages for some products. The store does not commit to shipping according to the shipping time promised on the product page system. The specific shipping time is subject to the reply from the customer service. We do not support applying for return or refund due to shipping delay.
7. The listed prices of the goods for sale in our store do not include tax. If you need a tax invoice, please add tax points. For more details, please consult our customer service.
8. Return and exchange policy: We do not support returns for style dislikes, so please carefully consider your selection! Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of signing for return and exchange procedures, and send the item within 48 hours. The postmark of the express delivery will be the time standard.
