How to use a breathalyzer

1. Press the power button once, and the alcohol tester's display will turn on with a beep sound.

2The display shows "warm up", and at the same time, a 10-0 or 15-0 countdown begins, and the tester enters the preheating mode.

If the first preheating attempt fails, the tester will automatically reset and try again.

When you first take an alcohol tester out of its packaging for use, or if it hasn't been used for a long time, the surface of the alcohol sensor may be affected by a large amount of gas impurities, which can affect the performance of the alcohol sensor and thus the normal operation of the alcohol tester. First, you need to clean the alcohol sensor, and then restart the power button as many times as possible to preheat the alcohol sensor.

Test

1. After the preheating is successful, the display will show "Blow", and at the same time, a 10-0 countdown will begin, and the tester will enter the testing mode.

2. Blow into the hole for 3-5 seconds.

3. Read the test results from the LCD display of the tester.

4. When the alcohol concentration is within the following range, the display will show "Caution":

0.02% BAC (0.2g/l) - 0.05% BAC (0.5g/l)

0.05% BAC (0.5g/l) - 0.08% BAC (0.8g/l)

5. When the alcohol concentration is within the following range, the alcohol tester displays "Danger," and at the same time, a beep sound is emitted to alert.
