1. Regarding color differences: We guarantee that all products are photographed using real items. However, due to display screen color variations and shooting lighting conditions, there may be discrepancies between the actual colors and those in the images. You can contact us before shipping to request sample cards or samples before proceeding with the delivery. Each customer has different requirements regarding color. If you have very high color standards, please consider taking samples first. Send samples to confirm the colors before shipping. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please consult and compare multiple options before purchasing. Contact us before ordering bulk orders, and ship bulk orders only after quality confirmation to minimize losses for both parties.
2. Regarding size tolerance: Our products are calculated by weight, and generally, short codes do not occur.
3. Regarding prices: The above quotes are tax-free prices. A VAT invoice requires an additional 7–8% tax surcharge. Please contact us first if you need an invoice.
4. Regarding custom orders: Custom orders cannot be processed via Alipay online. A purchase order must be signed, a 30% deposit paid, and then bulk production will begin. After the bulk production is completed, a sample of rice can be sent for verification, or an inspector can be dispatched for inspection. Once confirmed, the full payment will be made. After receiving the payment, the goods will be shipped. (For quality issues, refer to the notes below.)
5. Regarding product quality issues:
(1) If there is any quality issue with the product, please notify us in writing within seven days after receiving it. No returns will be accepted in case of delay. If the product itself has quality problems, please take photos and send us your request in writing. Any damage caused by others cannot be returned or exchanged. The company is not responsible for any cutting or further processing!
(2) Minor Defects: Most of our products adhere to the principle of high cost-performance ratio. Although we conduct strict inspections before shipping, each customer has different standards, and it is impossible to ensure perfection in the eyes of every client. Some minor defects do not affect functionality at all. Customers who cannot accept such defects should consider carefully before purchasing. Thank you for your cooperation!
(3) We cannot accept any quality claims arising from returned items after cutting and the reprocessing of the fabric!
