1. About Placing an Order
All products can be ordered according to the minimum order quantity on the product ordering page, with no limit on the amount, and support mixed batch!
Section Two: About Shipping
We usually ship within 24-48 hours under normal circumstances. All items listed in the store have stock on hand. In the rare case of stockouts, we will contact you promptly. We hope you can understand! The delivery time can vary due to distance, weather, and the operational procedures of different courier companies. Generally, once the goods are shipped, they will arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai within 1-3 days, in other regions within 3-5 days, and in remote areas within 5-7 days! If you have not received the goods after the corresponding time, please contact our after-sales customer service. Section Three: About the Product
Our factory specializes in wholesale jewelry, with mass production. Most of our products are handcrafted, and there may be slight differences between batches. Minor imperfections (which do not affect sales) are unavoidable. We suggest you first take free samples to inspect the goods. Everyone should understand the principle of 'you get what you pay for'. Do not rely on your imagination, as everyone's imagination is limitless. We cannot meet this, please understand!
Section Four: About Colors
1. Most of the goods in our store are photographed from the actual items, with a small number of images from the internet. The colors have been professionally checked, and they are most similar to the flat lay images of the actual items.
