About Color Difference

All of our product images are taken from actual items. Due to factors such as light, camera, shooting angle, and display screens, there may be color differences and the actual specifications and sizes may not match your perception. If you cannot accept color differences or imagine shopping, please be cautious when purchasing. Color differences and imagining shopping-related returns and exchanges are not considered quality issues. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

支付方式

We suggest that buyers choose Alipay escrow transaction for security. After the buyer makes the payment, we will ship the goods. Once the buyer confirms the receipt and completes the transaction after receiving and inspecting the goods. If you do not have Alipay or need bank transfer for existing customers, please contact our store manager to make the purchase.

Delivery Method

Express delivery is door-to-door, and the freight charge is based on the standard of the courier company. Our cooperating courier companies include Ten Days and STO Express. For customers with a small quantity of purchases and for regions such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui, which are relatively close, we send by courier.

The buyer needs to pick up the goods at the logistics or freight station when they arrive at their city. The freight is paid upon delivery. If the buyer has their own logistics company, we will ship according to your requirements. If there is no specified logistics company, we will arrange the shipment to the buyer's city as the destination. Logistics may not be able to reach areas such as towns and counties.

Shipping time

After the customer's order payment is made, the goods will be shipped within normal 3 days. If the inventory changes and we cannot ship the goods in time, we will contact you immediately to explain and make an appointment to ship within the agreed time.

After-sales service

The accessories for the simulated flowers are assembled by hand, and some product characteristics (such as hair planting and powder spraying products) as well as packing and compression in logistics may cause accessory detachment. After receiving the goods, stretching them back to their original position and inserting them will fix the problem, which is not considered a post-sales issue.

The practice of inspecting and signing for courier logistics on the spot is not entirely practical, especially when purchasing a large number of items. Please count the number of items upon receipt, and we will double-check the quantity during the normal shipping process. If there are any omissions, under-deliveries, or damage during the logistics process, please take photos immediately and contact us to handle the situation.
