Return and Exchange Policy

1. Long-term wholesale customers with damaged products are more, please count them all, and pack the large items to return. All freight costs for returns are not accepted to pay on delivery. After our factory receives the returns, it will subsidize 5% of the freight costs for each return based on the value of the returned goods. The return of the goods can be refunded or offset against the next purchase. Please consult the customer service for the return address.
For customers who take delivery for one-time use, it is best to inspect the goods on the spot. If there are individual damage, and if there is a need for exchange, the freight cost for the exchange of goods should be shared equally by both parties.
3, for products that need to be exchanged, it is necessary to ensure that the returned goods have not been used and do not affect our second-hand sales. Due to personal reasons, the return of goods, the freight needs to be borne by the buyer. In addition, if the returned goods are damaged or the packaging box cannot be reused during the long-distance journey, the damaged products will not be refunded. We hope the buyer understands!
