（1）关于退货：After placing an order, if the custom-made towels do not have any quality issues, they will not be subject to a return policy.

（2）Shipping time: The goods will be shipped from the date of receiving the deposit of the client according to the communication time (the specific time can be negotiated according to the factory production situation).

Deposit Payment:Customized towels require a 30% deposit to be paid in advance, or you can pay the full amount directly on Taobao or Alibaba.

Min Order Quantity: Embroidery LOGO towels for 200 pieces or more; if the quantity is less than 1000 pieces, the supplier should determine whether to charge additional embroidery fees based on the complexity of the client's design; there is no minimum order quantity for towels without embroidery, which should be 100 pieces or more.

（5）注意事项：Due to the actual production process of towels, the actual number of towels may not be exactly the same as the ordered quantity. Generally, the deviation is about 20 pieces (specifically depending on the order quantity). If the number of towels is less after production, we will refund the remaining amount after the transaction. If there are more towels, please the client makes up for the missing before shipping, as the profit margin on towels is very thin and we try to minimize material losses. Otherwise, the material losses will be too high; please understand!

After-sales service: If there are any quality issues with the products, our company will be responsible for exchanging them. All product prices do not include tax or shipping costs. Shipping costs are generally paid upon delivery and self-collection. For logistics, we will choose to quote the cost if the logistics company can provide a quote. I will try to choose large and formal logistics companies to ensure the safe arrival of the goods.
