5. Pre-purchase Tips

1. All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to the difference in shooting lighting and each monitor's display, there may be color differences between the actual items and the pictures. Please refer to the actual items.

2. Due to the need to show details in the photos, close-up shots may be taken. Please refer to the product description for related size introductions. The inflation saturation of the air model directly affects the size of the air model, so there may be slight size errors.

3. All air-filled models are hand-sewn, and there may be some imperfections, such as loose threads or slight deviations in the stitching. Most of our products are custom-made, and it takes 5-20 days to produce them. Please make sure to plan your time appropriately! We will deliver the products on time as promised. If the packaging of a single product exceeds the delivery restrictions of the courier service, we recommend using logistics for transportation!

4. When you receive the goods, please ensure that the outer packaging is not damaged or has water stains. Confirm there are no errors before signing for the receipt. If you find that the quantity does not match or there are damage, please refuse to sign and contact us in time. We will solve any problems for you in time. After signing, if there are problems such as damaged goods or incorrect quantity, it is difficult to clearly identify the responsibility, so we cannot claim compensation! Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing!

5. Our products are special and will become dirty after use, so they are not suitable for resale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure to select the correct size of the air inflatable based on your venue. If there are any quality issues, we will bear the return shipping costs to repair the product for you. Please understand and cooperate. Non-quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6. Printing is done by spray printing, and there may be such phenomena as rough edges, missing pieces, and unevenness. If you require perfect printing, please be cautious when ordering!

7. The size of the air-filled product is large, but it is light in weight. Please do not use it in strong winds or rain. Always secure the product to the ground with ground stakes when using it! Any problems caused by improper use are your sole responsibility.

8. The appearance, color, and weight of the fan may vary slightly from batch to batch, but the wind power of fans with the same power rating is the same. There will be no returns or exchanges due to differences in fan appearance, color, or weight!

9. Dedicated to improving product quality and customer service, product prices are based on size and design. Each product has a unique price, so when inquiring, please provide the product and the size of the venue or product dimensions as much as possible. 11. After-sales Service:

 (1) Quality Issues: Air-filled ProductsOne year free warranty, other accessories are not covered. For warranty return to the factory, use the specified logistics by our company. Within one month, our company will bear the return shipping cost to the buyer, and all subsequent shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

(2) Non-quality issues: Air-filled models are free for warranty, but all shipping costs are borne by the customer.

(3) Exchange and Return: For exchanges within one month, the following conditions must be met:

    1. Products purchased now do not affect resale.

    Discount 20% for immediate purchase of inflatable products and make up the difference (Alipay transfer or bank transfer)

    3. Return the purchased air-filled products to our company using the designated courier service.

    4. The round-trip freight costs are borne by the buyer.

(4) What is a quality issue:

    1. Air-filled products: Fracture at the stitching site due to normal use, air-filled fabric automatically cracking, product distortion leading to asymmetry, and large product size errors (errors within 5% are considered normal).

   2. Within 12 hours for fan types: No deformation or burn damage, but the fan does not work. The high temperature leads to insufficient wind. All other cases are not quality issues.
