Operation

Data retention. Press the 'HOLD' key to display the temperature during measurement. Press again to start a new measurement.
Select °C / °F. Press the '°C / °F' key to choose Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Warning:
When cooking, you must never place a thermometer in the oven.
Do not touch the hot metal probe with your bare hands.
Metal probes can be cleaned with soapy water.
Can be washed by hand, please remember not to immerse the entire thermometer into water.
To disinfect, you can soak the metal probe in boiling water for a few minutes.
