Operation

data retention. Press the HOLD button to display the temperature during measurement. Then press the new measurement.
C/F selection. Press the "°C/f" key to select Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Warning:
do not place the thermometer in the oven when cooking.
Do not touch the hot metal probe with your hands.
Metal probe can be cleaned with soap water
it can be washed by hand. Please remember not to immerse the whole thermometer in the water.
If you want to disinfect, you can soak the metal probe in boiling water for a few minutes.
