  We have stock available for sale on Ali Express. For custom orders, please pay a 30% deposit first. Once the bulk production is completed, we will require the full payment. The goods can then be shipped out in full!

• 3. Return and Exchange Policy

   Please make sure to open the parcel in the presence of the courier to check if the goods are damaged and the quantity is correct. If you find any problems, please refuse to sign. Once the parcel is signed for, it is considered that you have accepted the goods.

• 4. Invoice System Explanation

• Please open and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier before signing for them. If there are any damaged parts, have the courier sign on the delivery form. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours and send us photos for confirmation. We will arrange to send the parts within 48 hours. The parts are provided for free, but you will need to pay for the shipping or use SF's cash on delivery service.   1: Trophy is a custom-made product. Once it is customized, it becomes a personal exclusive item. This is the special significance of personalized custom service. We regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  2: Trophy is not subject to returns due to quality issues, as we will arrange to send replacement parts if any are defective. If the trophy arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. The trophy is composed of different parts, and if it is damaged, we will either send a replacement trophy or refuse to accept a claim of poor quality as a reason for a return. Please do not make such claims if the damage is due to quality issues or if the goods received do not match the images of the product. 3: Regarding logistics, we will ship according to the agreement, but we cannot guarantee the timing 100%. This cannot be used as a reason for a refund.
