3. About Logistics Tracking

Our normal working hours are from 9:00 to 17:30. You can consult the sales customer service to check if your goods have been shipped.Your goods have arrived at their destination. 5. Read Before Purchasing

1. Shipping time: Products will be shipped after 3 PM daily, and they will be dispatched within 48 hours after the customer makes an order. We do not ship urgent orders or those with a limited delivery time. In the event of returns due to delivery time issues, we will not accept returns.

Regarding the logistics issue, it is important to emphasize:

C General Logistics Consignment Department - Consignment departments that are found in various places, the advantage is low cost (only to the central cities, such as provincial capitals, prefecture-level cities and some county towns, the transfer fee is very high), the disadvantage is too much, the arrival time is long, the goods are severely damaged, the goods are frequently lost, the logistics has no tracking, and there is no way to deal with problems after the occurrence, and so on.

3. Quality Problems of Products

Firstly, I would like to state that our factory primarily deals in bulk wholesale. If there is a small flaw in the bulk products, please do not give a negative or low rating. We believe that most wholesale merchants understand this, and we kindly ask that when making evaluations, please exercise caution.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Quality issues: damage, bottom breakage, shoe surface breakage, delamination, large-area staining, contamination, and misallocation errors, please notify the customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods and provide clear photos of the problem products.

Non-quality issues: loose threads, flaws on the upper, traces left by glue on the edges, color differences, powder scratches, individual missing stitches, loose stitches, loose leather labels or accessories, or uneven or indistinct stitching due to transportation or other reasons, and product deformation due to these reasons are not eligible for returns.
