2: within 15 days from the date of receipt of express delivery, exchange is supported if the product is not unpacked and does not affect the secondary sales.
3: Official event free shipping products. If the customer has no reason to return the goods, he must bear the shipping fee and return shipping fee.
4: There is a little stain on the outer packaging of the product, which is not a quality problem. Due to more or less friction during express delivery, the product quality will not be affected.
5: If the product has some peculiar smell, it is not a quality problem. New shoes have not been worn to avoid a little peculiar smell, but it does not affect health.
6: If there is any quality problem or lack of goods after receiving the goods, the buyer shall contact the seller within 12 hours after signing for the goods, and the buyer shall be responsible for the inspection beyond the time range.
7: If the customer delays receiving goods due to express delivery, it has nothing to do with the seller.
