【关于充气】
Any balloon filled with air will not float, but only when it is filled with helium. Helium is an inert gas, which is expensive but very safe. (Balloons inflated with a hand pump or foot pump are filled with air, and they cannot float.) If you do not have helium, you can purchase a hand pump or a foot pump, as well as large poles, to make and sell large hand-held balloon poles. When inflating, please be careful, and it is recommended to use devices that can control the amount of air, such as a hand pump or foot pump. The aluminum film balloons should generally be inflated to about 70%. Please do not overinflate the balloons to prevent them from breaking, affecting their use, and causing waste of the balloons!
【关于数量】
Dear buyer, due to the nature of the material of the balloon skin, it is determined that there will be about 3% defective rate for the balloons. It is difficult for us to check these defects during shipping. It is normal for there to be 1-2 fewer balloons in a package of 50, as the weight is measured by machines and not as accurate as manual counting. If you are concerned, please consider carefully before making a purchase!

【关于退换货】
Please take photos of the quality issues and confirm with our customer service before exchanging or returning. The average intact rate of a package of balloons is about 98%, and individual leakage is normal. Customers for non-quality issues need to bear the shipping costs for exchanges or returns.
