2: During transportation, it is inevitable that leaves or flower heads may fall off or be compressed, causing deformation. Such situations do not constitute quality issues; simply inserting the leaves and flower heads into the stem will suffice. Alternatively, you can consult our customer service, and we have professional knowledge to help you restore the arrangement with simple methods. If you are concerned about this, please be cautious when making your purchase.

3. All products in our store are hand-measured and photographed. We will try our best to control the error within 2-4CM. Due to the differences in position, angle, lighting, and background color during photography, there may be slight color differences. We will strive to restore the actual appearance. Please understand if there are color differences.
4. Our store defaults to using ZTO Express for shipping. The actual shipping fee will be charged according to the displayed amount. For urgent deliveries, we support SF Express self-payment. For large quantities, we recommend using logistics. Shipping will be arranged within 72 hours, and we will try to arrange it as early as possible. After-sales related:
When you receive the goods, make sure to check the quantity and whether the packaging is damaged in front of the courier. If there are any problems, please take photos within 24 hours after signing and contact our customer service.
Products sold are non-refundable or exchangeable for quality issues. Please carefully consider before purchasing, and be cautious if you are unsure.
Basic knowledge of artificial flowers:
1. The simulated flowers are packed for transportation, and it is inevitable that they will be stacked on top of each other. Just shake them out or adjust the branches slightly to restore their appearance. You can also adjust them to the shape you like!
2. If some products have flower leaves and branches with hair or fur, it is inevitable that some hair or fur may fall off, which is not a quality issue and will not affect the product's effectiveness.
3. The simulated flowers and leaves are mostly made by insertion technology. To support the environment, most export products do not use glue. If they fall off, please insert and connect them yourself, as this is not a quality issue. You can also cut and shape them according to your preferences.

4. The stem of the simulated flower can be adjusted to the desired length: if it needs to be shorter, it can be bent or cut directly; if it needs to be longer, it can be joined to the branch. When placing the flower in the vase, you can use newspaper, stones, etc. to increase the height in the non-transparent vase, and use stones, etc. as decorations in the transparent vase.

The production of simulated flowers involves many steps, and the petals, flower heads, and leaves are completely hand-glued. During transportation, it is possible for the flower heads or leaves to come off, which is a relatively common phenomenon. After receiving the flowers, all you need to do is insert the flower head or leaves back into place. If possible, you can use hot melt glue to secure them. Minor imperfections in the appearance are inevitable, but they will not affect the overall decorative effect.

6. Simulated flower packaging is usually done in cardboard boxes. Sometimes, when packing, the branches and flower heads need to be bent. Upon receiving the goods, simply straighten out the bent areas to restore the original shape.

7. Cleaning Simulated Flowers: Generally, use a hair dryer to blow on the surface, but be careful not to use too high a temperature. Alternatively, you can wipe them with a cloth. If the petals are deformed, you can use boiling water to steam the deformed petals until the material becomes soft and the creases disappear. Then, let them dry or use a hair dryer to dry them.
