Purchasing Terms and Conditions:
About purchasing: Dear, we mainly do wholesale. All prices are wholesale prices and do not include shipping.
Product: Direct from the manufacturer, quality assurance. Also known as the luxury desk storage box, PET transparent cosmetics, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room coffee table storage basket. The size is manually measured, and there may be 1 to 2cm errors due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods.
Three: About Colors: All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items, which are most similar to the flat lay images. Due to differences in color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors, there may be some variations.
Regarding logistics: small items can be sent by courier, and large items are recommended to be shipped by freight forwarding. Our cooperating courier is Best Express, and the charges are based on actual weight or the volume of the packaging boxes. Freight forwarding is on the customer's account.
About shipping: In normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. In special cases, such as busy seasonal periods or stock shortages in the warehouse, the shipping time may be extended appropriately. Please understand.
Six: About Receiving Goods: When receiving the goods, please verify if there are any damage or loss of goods before signing. If there are any of the above situations, please contact us first and negotiate the handling.
Regarding Out-of-Stock Items: To ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, we will first contact customers whose orders are out of stock. With their permission, we will dispatch the products that are available. Customers can then apply for a refund for the out-of-stock items after receiving their deliveries. About after-sales service:
1. Before the shipment of the products from our store, we will properly package them. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please take photos and send them to us within 24 hours. We will immediately send a replacement. If the problem is with the quality of the products, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
2. If the product is damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service. The photo must show two details: first, a picture of the unharmed shipping box; second, a detailed view of the damaged product. This will help us communicate with you to replenish the stock.
