(we will confirm the shipping cost to the buyer before shipment, and track the goods in time after shipment until the logistics company notifies the buyer to pick up the goods)

3. delivery: generally within 2 days; products that are not in stock are generally shipped within 10 days after the payment is received. currently, products need a production cycle of 7-10 days. jiangsu, zhejiang and shanghai usually arrive in 1-2 days, other provinces arrive in 2-3 days; remote areas arrive in 4-7 days. the specific arrival time varies depending on the region. we will confirm with the logistics company before shipment and provide tracking services for buyers during transportation.

4. inspection and receipt: when receiving the goods, the buyer should carefully check whether the outer packaging of the goods is damaged, especially glass furniture. (sign on the spot, we regard the buyer as having no objection to the integrity of the product!) if necessary, you can unpack the package on the spot to check. once the damage is found, please call our service number in time to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible. we don't want buyers to find the damage caused by the goods during transportation when they put the goods at home, which is not convenient for us to claim compensation from the logistics company.
