1.Tile positioning crosses are plastic products used to adjust the size of the grout between tiles. They are mainly produced in Wenzhou, Zhejiang and Foshan, Guangdong. As the demand for home decoration among household users increases, they are widely used.

2.The mature products on the market are made from HDPE material, with colors such as porcelain white and milk white. Their advantages include good toughness, good tensile strength, non-toxicity, no odor, resistance to impact, moisture resistance, chemical resistance, and are less likely to burst. (Note: The main types are HDPE high-density polyethylene and LDPE low-density polyethylene.)

Tile positioning cross has various specifications such as 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10.0mm, etc. The specification of 1.5mm refers to a width of 1.5mm.

Tile joints should be left at 1-2mm for the walls, and for smaller tiles (100x100mm), to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing appearance, the joints should be larger.

Ground joints should be left, except for retro-style bricks which require larger gaps (5mm-10mm), while for other brick types, a gap of 3-10mm is generally recommended.
