1. The default shipping method for our store is (ZTO or Yunda) Express. If you need another shipping method, please inform our customer service. The shipping fee template is the low standard charge for the first 1KG of goods. If you purchase multiple items at the same delivery address, you will only be charged once for shipping. The shipping fee has been indicated in each item.
2. For remote areas where courier services are not available, use EMS with a shipping fee of 25 yuan for the first weight. If you are shipping free shipping goods and choose to use EMS, please make up the difference in shipping fees.
3. Please open the parcel in front of the courier to check for any damage before signing for it. If the outer packaging (the cardboard box or plastic bag) is damaged, refuse to sign for it. Contact the store and the courier to resolve the issue.

Color difference
All products in the store are photographed with actual items. However, due to the differences in resolution, saturation, and brightness settings of the monitors, color differences are unavoidable. We hope you can understand and be patient, but the actual items are prettier than the photos. To avoid any issues, please read the product descriptions carefully or choose multiple monitors to check the colors.
Exchange or return
The store promises that if there are any quality issues, you can exchange or return the product. However, due to personal preferences and differences in expectations, you will need to bear the shipping costs for returns. Therefore, it is very important to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. I also hope that the product can find a owner who loves it. Exchanges are only accepted for the same product. If the product is out of stock, returns are acceptable. Please send back the product within two days of signing for it. If there are any damage due to human error or any other factors that affect resale, we do not provide exchanges or returns.
