About the sample: We provide free samples, and the default shipping method is SF Express with cash on delivery.

About returns: After placing an order, custom-made towels will not be subject to returns if there is no quality issue;

Shipping time: The goods will be shipped upon receipt of the customer's deposit and in accordance with the agreed time as discussed; (The specific time can be determined based on the factory's production situation).
Deposit payment: For custom-made towels, a 30% deposit must be paid in advance, or the full amount can be paid directly in the back-end. Once an order for custom-made items is placed, no returns will be accepted.
Note: Due to the production process of towels, the actual number of towels may not exactly match the order quantity. Generally, the deviation is about 20 pieces (specifically depending on the order quantity). If the number of towels is less after production, we will refund the remaining amount after the transaction. If there are more towels, please the client makes up for the missing before shipping, as the profit margin on towels is very thin and we try to minimize material losses. Otherwise, the material losses will be too high; please understand.

After-sales instructions

After-sales Service: If there are any quality issues with the product, our company will be responsible for exchanging it. All product prices do not include tax and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are generally paid upon delivery and self-collection. For logistics that can provide quotes, we will choose to use the quoted method. We will try to choose large and formal logistics companies to ensure the safe arrival of the goods.
