so easy so beauty products are handmade crafts, with tiny flaws, bubbles, sand holes, and spots on the metal surface. Ceramic products are not perfect, perfectionists should be careful to order. So easy so beauty the products are taken in kind. The pictures of the products may have different degrees of color difference on different monitors or mobile phones. All of them are normal. Please refer to the actual products received.

Shipping

we have set some mixed batch supported products starting from 500 yuan, and the crafts are irregular in shape. We recommend that you use wooden racks in mixed batches (the cost of wooden racks is calculated separately, please contact Customer Service). Mixed batch orders take a long time to pack, and sometimes there will be insufficient manpower, therefore, we do not promise to deliver the goods within one or two days. Under normal circumstances, we hope to forgive you. For large orders, please contact Customer Service to confirm the delivery time.

**** About freight ****

the freight of all goods in our store is paid on arrival. By default, we choose our cooperative freight company for mixed orders. Please contact our customer service. The customer service will calculate the weight and package weight of your order in the background, and then calculate the approximate freight for you. If you have a freight station, please contact customer service and leave the name and telephone number of the freight company.

**** About damage ****

so easy so beauty products are packaged in inner box + outer boxes, and the damage rate is extremely low. For mixed orders, choose wooden frame (please contact customer service for the cost of wooden frame). The damage during transportation shall be borne by our factory, and the next order will be reissued or discounted. If you do not support wooden shelves, both parties shall bear half of the amount of damaged goods. Please accept the order before placing an order. Please unpack and check the goods immediately after they arrive. You can contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods to fill in the damaged pictures. If the damage is not explained 24 hours after receiving the goods, if there is any damage afterwards, the anger will not be responsible for compensation.
