The default shipping method for our store is YTO or ZTO. For logistics such as DEBANG or BAITENG, they are all our cooperative couriers. If the buyer's location has more convenient couriers or logistics, you can contact the customer service before placing the order to change the logistics.

3. About the return repair

Returned products for repair should be labeled with stickers indicating the cause of the defect and confirmed to be our factory's products. Due to wholesale products, it is impossible to control them to 100%, and individual defects accumulate to a certain quantity before they are returned together for replacement.

Repair. The shipping fee is paid by the buyer (will be cheaper), and the postage will be converted into the product at the time of ordering. If there is no need to purchase again, the postage will be returned to the buyer through transfer. We generally do not accept any return express parcels with payment on delivery.

Please do not send back the items if there are individual problems. We do not accept such situations. We hope you understand our policy of low profit and high volume. We do not need to waste money on postage.
