Important: Due to the manufacturing processes of ceramic or glass products,Some products may have a few bubbles or mold lines on the surface. These are not quality issues. Those who are sensitive to these details should be cautious when purchasing.
● About the price:The price is a reference price, excluding tax and packaging, and does not include shipping fees; any fluctuations will not be notified, please consult the customer service before purchasing.
● About the shipping date: The shipping period for one-time distribution is usually 24-48 hours, while wholesale orders usually take 1-3 days, excluding unforeseen and uncontrollable factors.
● About logistics:Large-scale purchases are usually shipped by freight, requiring the buyer to self-collect; for small items, we will choose a suitable and convenient logistics company to deliver them to you.
● About color difference:All products of our company are photographed by professional photography teams on site. However, due to the reflective nature of glass products, as well as the impact of different environments, lighting, and displays, some color differences are unavoidable. Please forgive us.
● About Size: The product sizes of our company are all measured manually, and there may be some errors. Please understand and forgive.
● About Scratches: Our company has strict quality inspection before shipment, but due to the special nature of glass materials, minor scratches and minor knocks may occur during production and transportation. We will do our best to ensure that these do not affect the use and we appreciate your understanding of non-quality issues.
● About after-sales service:
1. Please ensure that the goods arrive intact before signing for the courier. If you find any shortage or damage during the inspection, you can refuse to sign and contact us immediately. To avoid unnecessary trouble, if you find any quality problems with the product, please contact our customer service in time to discuss the replacement or reissue.
2. If you or someone else signs for the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours after the time of signing (time of signing is the time standard) if you discover any quality problems with the product. Please provide photos on the day of receipt, and we will deal with it properly. Please rest assured to purchase. If you do not upload photos on the day of receipt or notify the customer service, then the goods will arrive without damage that day. Please understand that we cannot accept reasons such as being unable to take photos after throwing things or not having a mobile phone or camera.
3. Please ensure that you open the package and inspect the goods upon receipt, verify the quantity, and confirm that there are no shortages before accepting the delivery. If you find any shortages, please follow the following two-step process, and we will handle it as soon as possible:
1) Note the shortage details on the face sheet and take a photo of the face sheet for evidence preservation.
2) Contact customer service within 24 hours to upload the shipping receipt and photos.
