1. Our factory supports mixed small orders, with a minimum order quantity of 298 yuan for the first batch. As long as the minimum order quantity for each product is met, we can accept the order.
The price on the website is the wholesale price. Factory-made products are mainly mixed colors, and the colors will be random when shipping. Please note any special requirements in the comment.
3. Your order method: obtain the product order form from the customer service, fill in the products you need and send it back; place an order directly on the Qino website (due to the large volume of factory shipments, there is no guarantee that the products you order will always be in stock. Before placing an order, please consult the customer service).
4. We default to using Tian Tian Express for small packages, and for large orders, we use logistics. The courier fee will be adjusted according to the actual amount, and the logistics freight is collect on delivery.
5. After payment, the goods are generally shipped within 1-2 days. For customers of foreign trade companies and custom-made products, the goods will be shipped only after payment is received.
6. Please verify the quantity and quality of the products upon delivery in person. If there are any problems, contact our customer service within 24 hours. We do not accept any claims for damage after the products have been signed for. If there are any quality issues, please promptly report to our customer service for handling within 7 days of receiving the goods.
7. Long-term cooperation, mutual understanding, and timely positive feedback will be appreciated, and the colleagues will try their best to cooperate with rapid supply. They will also give priority to in-depth cooperation that continues to achieve win-win results.
8. The buyer is responsible for any damage rate exceeding 4% of the order. That is, in addition to normal wear and tear, we will compensate for no more than 2% of each order.
9. There is a normal 2% defect rate for some imperfect goods and orders. If there is severe damage after each transaction, please contact customer service within 7 days. After this period, if the customer does not contact us, we will consider them to have waived their right to after-sales service, and we will not accept any complaints.
10. All customers are requested to protect the complete packaging of the product, ensure the completeness of accessories or related documents, and if the product itself has any quality issues, we will provide exchange or return services within the specified time period.
11. If the goods are received without following the requirements or are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
When the customer receives the goods, if the outer packaging box is severely deformed or damaged, it is necessary to open the box for inspection. If the goods are damaged or the quantity is lost due to transportation, please obtain a proof with a stamped seal from the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
13. The style or color of the goods will be shipped at random. If the customer has special specifications, we will try our best to meet them, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to fully meet them.
14. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as indicated by the shipping receipt signature date), if you discover a product with functional failure, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period.
The following is the guarantee that both you and I are well, please read it carefully:
1. After all product orders are placed, we will arrange production and shipping. If the color is out of stock or the actual inventory of the product differs from the online inventory, the actual inventory of the shipment will be the standard.
2. We support a '7-day no-reason return and exchange policy', and the product content is for reference only. If there are any minor differences, the actual product shall prevail. It is recommended to take samples before placing an order for wholesale.
3. If the product color is out of stock and the customer requests to ship, the out-of-stock product will be directly refunded and not re-sent (if there is a shortage of shipment or product damage, only a refund and return will be processed, no re-delivery).
4. Any buyer who engages in extortion, blackmail, unreasonable demands, or persistent harassment for purposes other than transactions, or who exploits transaction rules or the seller's mistakes (irrespective of the nature), is kindly requested to avoid this platform.
5. Our goal is to produce goods with high value for money to serve more online merchants. Therefore, any inconvenience caused to our peers and customers, please understand and forgive.
Especially, please don't make it too difficult for us to survive.
The exchange process: The customer asks the delivery personnel to return the goods in person, and then contacts us. We will resend the goods for you, and the arrival time will be postponed.
1. Within 15 days after receipt (the date of receipt of the shipment is the standard), if you find any quality issues with the products, please contact customer service in time. We will not accept any claims after this period. The defective products must be kept in their original, intact packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not paste or write on the original factory packaging box). Please use regular mail from the post office (in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, you can return by courier). Please prepay the postage. Once we receive the goods, we will refund you in full. Please note that we do not accept the way of freight collect. Long-term wholesale customers have no limit on the return and exchange period. If you accumulate a certain number of problem products over the years, attach a return list, and send them directly to us by logistics (but please note: do not damage the product packaging, and the product should not show any signs of use). This way is beneficial for both parties, as our prices are already very low. The cost of such a courier may exceed the profit we make from sending a box of goods."
2. Before returning or exchanging the product, please communicate with the customer service first, obtain the after-sales service form, and cooperate with the customer service to handle the return or exchange process, so that your return can be handled in time.
3. For customer's specific color or style requests for the same product category, we will do our best to meet them, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match, we will not offer exchanges or returns.
4. For goods obviously damaged by compression during transportation, it is not within our scope of responsibility. We can only try our best to pack the goods well to reduce such situations. For goods delivered by courier, it is best to sign for them and open the package in front of the courier's face.
If you find any damaged goods due to transportation, you can ask for a return, and we will seek compensation from the courier company.
5. For the situation where non-products sold by our company are sent to our company, we reserve the right to not process the entire return and exchange or to directly return the products to the customer.
6. Products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use or storage, or beyond the post-sale service period will not be accepted for return.
7. After-sales service is the most basic service of our company. We are willing to provide good after-sales service for everyone. At the same time, good after-sales service also needs the cooperation of customers. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging goods, and try to handle it in accordance with the above regulations of the company to avoid affecting your after-sales service.
8. The color of the product may vary on different monitors, under different lighting conditions, and even at different angles. All product images taken from actual products are for reference only; please refer to the actual product you receive.
9. Large quantities can be customized with product packaging, logo, and labeling according to requirements.
The product price does not include tax, shipping, and does not offer free shipping. We do not issue invoices. Please understand and forgive us. Due to the large number of products, some products may be temporarily out of stock, which is a normal phenomenon. If you encounter a product out of stock, we will contact you in time to handle it.
11. Products produced at different times and batches in the factory will vary, so the brand, style, color, and packaging of the products are shipped randomly and cannot be specified.
