All the products sent out by our factory are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. Although we have strengthened our protective measures, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes, etc.
All products in our factory have a basic amount of stock, but due to the fact that some of our products are hot-selling items, we adopt a 020 sales model with a large number of orders, so there is a possibility that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange early delivery as much as possible. Other express delivery services are not available. For large items, please contact our customer service to cancel the shipping fee and use logistics. The logistics fee is collect.
The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Our factory will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
