1. Generally, shipping takes about 2–3 days after payment. Due to the large variety of products we have, packing is quite complicated, and the sorting process is extremely labor-intensive. Please understand each other; we will arrange the warehouse to sort and ship your order as soon as possible!

2. For items out of stock and requiring notification, please note “Please notify me if the item is out of stock” in the order message!

3. Regarding returns and exchanges: ① Returns due to quality issues: If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, the damage caused by the return shipping will result in significant losses. In such cases, a 60% discount on the original price will be given for a refund. We do not provide returns for quality issues that exceed one month. If it is truly impossible, please contact our customer service. (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost; if it is free shipping, we will charge the shipping fee at the time of delivery.) ② Returns due to product quality issues: For products with a total weight of 20KG or more showing quality problems, the shipping cost for the return will be borne by the store (please contact online customer service to determine whether to send via express or regular mail). If you wish to return the product early due to weight requirements, the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. ③ Damage during transportation: Please check the package carefully in front of the logistics or courier staff upon receipt. The box is elastic, while plastic toys are not, so the outer box may remain intact but the contents may be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits, and we will offer a service to replace parts for re-ordering, but not a separate replacement. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and other factors, and such delays cannot be used as a reason for return.
