1. About shipping:

3. About Receiving

• Please ensure that you check the quantity of goods and the packaging is intact upon receipt. If there are any missing or damaged items, please negotiate with the logistics company on-site for compensation. If you sign for the goods without inspection, it will be considered as no objection to the condition of the goods. After that, we will not be responsible for any issues.
• Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier logistics personnel (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier personnel sign to confirm.

4. About Transportation

• Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It also cannot be used as a reason for returning the goods.
• We have no control over the logistics companies. The estimated arrival time given by our customer service personnel is merely an estimate based on normal circumstances. We cannot and will not guarantee that the goods will arrive at a specific time. All we can do is to send the goods out as quickly as possible. Those who refuse to accept delivery or return the goods due to the late arrival of the goods will not be accepted. Therefore, please buyers, especially those who need the goods urgently and those in remote areas, carefully consider the time risk before placing an order. At the same time, please respect our labor. Wholesaling is different from Taobao, where only a small parcel is involved. Wholesaling requires the combination of various different goods into a package. Each shipment includes the hard work of our customer service personnel, order personnel, packing personnel, and shipping personnel. However, there are a few bad customers who, after the goods have been sent out and even safely arrived at their destination, refuse to accept the goods, do not cooperate, and only ask for a refund. 5. About After-sales Service

• Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and BEST). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

 

• Return and Exchange Policy: We generally do not accept returns (if the product has quality issues at the factory, we can negotiate for a replacement, but the transportation costs must be borne by the buyer. All our quotes are factory prices without any additional fees).

 

• Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, our company does not implement a three-pack policy for all toy products we sell. If there are problems after use, we will not assume any responsibility. If we are able to solve these problems, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.

 

• Most product issues can be resolved by replacing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires, etc. Buyers can consult us for toy repair services. Selling toys means knowing how to repair them.

 

• Other reasons such as poor sales, not as good as expected, repair or modification without prior approval, improper use or storage, beyond the post-sale service period, or lack of familiarity with the product leading to inadequate operation... are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange!
