1. Manufacturer's stock of genuine products

Due to the majority of our clients having their own brands, we do not mark the products for shipping. If you require marking, please contact our customer service in advance to make arrangements. "2. About Sizes

Due to the different methods of manual measurement, knitted fabrics have certain elasticity, and an error of 2~4cm is within the normal range. The data is for reference only and should be confirmed by the actual product. If you are concerned, please be cautious when shooting!

3、关于颜色

All the goods in our store are photographed with the actual items, and the flat layout pictures are as close as possible. However, due to the impact of shooting technology, such as light, computer display color contrast, and color temperature, there may be slight differences in the actual color of the goods from the photos. If you mind, please do not buy!!!

4. About Drop Shipping

Our store supports one-time distribution. For after-sales issues caused by subjective factors other than damage, we are not responsible. For example, if you don't like the clothes, they don't fit, there are color differences, size mismatches, or there are differences in your expectations... If the clothes are damaged, we will bear the shipping costs. For other reasons, such as returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for their own shipping costs. However, the buyer should first pay for the shipping and, after receiving the clothes and confirming the quality issue, we will compensate the shipping fee to the buyer's account. Shipping costs are compensated to the buyer based on our shipping cost standards. Due to financial issues, we will not accept payment on delivery for shipping costs!

5. About After-sales Service

Retail customers are not supported for returns, but enjoy a 7-day exchange service. You can exchange for other styles or colors of the same price. Shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Wholesale orders of 3 or more items are supported. Wholesale orders are not supported for returns or exchanges within 7 days. Support for exchanges of 10% of the order quantity for other styles or colors of the same price (discontinued products are not eligible for exchanges and each order can only be exchanged once, after the time limit, no action will be taken). If the customer receives goods with quality issues, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt to register and process, and provide clear problem photos! After verifying the quality issue with the goods, the shop will bear the cost of exchange shipping. Shipping fees will be borne by the shop's standard shipping template, and other problems with exchange shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.

6. About Shipping

Payment will be processed within 48 hours after receipt. In case of stockout, we will promptly send a replacement. For items that are out of stock due to inventory reasons, we will notify you in time via message or phone call to explain the situation. By default, we use China Post Express (Zhangzhou). If you require a different courier, please contact our customer service. If necessary, you will need to pay the difference. We only use SF Express for payment on delivery.
