The ball is received in a deflated state and needs to be inflated by yourself. For footballs, it is not necessary to inflate too much, about 7-8 points is normal. This ball is a machine-stitched ball, and if it is inflated too much, it may open and damage. For any damage caused by human reasons, we will not provide after-sales service, please understand.
All our products are subjected to leak detection before leaving the factory to ensure that you receive them without any problems. Before inflating, please lubricate the ball needle, and check for any gaps or damage. If there is a blockage in the air hole and the balloon needle cannot be inserted, you can try inflating from a different angle.
If you encounter quality issues such as air leakage, you can contact customer service for handling returns and exchanges. Damage caused by sharp objects or punctures is not eligible for processing and we kindly ask for your understanding.
