1. The tape will break.
This is a common and very frustrating issue. Our tape is made from BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film, which is known for its durability and flexibility. It is typically not prone to breaking, but if there is a small tear, it can easily snap with a simple pull.
To avoid gaps in the tape, first open the box carefully, cut from both sides, then lift the lid and cut, avoiding cutting the tape. In addition, during the production process, there will be a joint when changing the large roll, which is unavoidable. If there are more than three joints, it is abnormal. Please give us more patience and understanding. Those who are sensitive to this should be cautious when shooting.

2. Adhesive tape viscosity is insufficient

Our tape is made with 50U material that meets market standards. When sealing the boxes, make sure the contents are clean and clear, and after applying the tape, use the edge of the tape to scrape or smooth it with your hand to ensure a good adhesion. Remember, it's just tape, not a miracle worker. If the boxes are large and very full, or if they are made of seven-layer hardboard, you may need to apply more layers of tape or widen the tape to accommodate the situation.
3. Quantity is insufficient

Upon receiving the goods, I found that the quantity is insufficient. Please contact me within 3 days. We will make the necessary verification and promptly send the missing items.
4. About Color Difference

Adhesive tape is mass-produced, and there may be a slight color deviation in the materials of different batches, which is a normal phenomenon. Due to different monitors, users with high color requirements are advised to confirm with the customer service before placing an order.

5. About Returns

The tape is quite heavy, and the freight cost is high. Currently, it is not a non-quality problem that can be handled. The buyer bears the round-trip freight, and there will be communication to make up the difference if there is a quality problem. If you are concerned, please be cautious when shooting.
