7. Measures for blood pressure should be noted:
Blood pressure should be measured in a quiet environment. Because blood pressure varies throughout the day, it is best to measure it at the same time every day. The person being measured should be relaxed and remain quiet, avoiding conversation and activity. It is best to wear loose-fitting clothing.

8. Measurement Method:
8.1. Before using the blood pressure monitor, perform a check to ensure it is functioning normally. A blood pressure monitor that is in good working condition should have its display set to "0" when not in use, and it should respond flexibly when pressure is applied, allowing it to return to the "0" position after the pressure is released.
8.2. Please have the subject sit next to the table, place the left arm lightly on the table, and maintain a relaxed posture.
Adjust the arm to be at the same height as the heart, if the height is not sufficient, add a soft pad under the arm.
8.4. Unfold the arm band, align the air bag with the brachial artery, and secure it at the upper arm, 2 to 3 centimeters above the elbow sink, not too tight or too loose. It should be able to allow two fingers to fit underneath, to ensure accuracy.
Insert the stethoscope head into the arm band and place it on the brachial artery at the elbow.
8.6. Slowly inflate the arm band with latex balls, while paying attention to the monitoring. When the brachial artery pulse disappears, increase the pressure by 2.5kPa-4kPa (20mmHg-30mmHg) and stop inflating.
8.7. After the pressure is released, slowly release the air from the cuff at a rate of 0.3kPa-0.6kPa (2mmHg-4mmHg) per second, allowing the blood pressure gauge to gradually decrease.
8.8. The pressure value indicated by the dial when hearing a pulse sound through a stethoscope during the descent process is the systolic pressure.
8.9. When the pulse sound gradually increases and then turns into murmurs, the tone suddenly becomes dull and gradually disappears. When there is no sound, it is the diastolic pressure.
*When measuring blood pressure, it is generally recommended to repeat the measurement 2 to 3 times and average the readings to obtain the blood pressure value.
