3. Regarding logistics: Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It also cannot be used as a reason for returning the goods.
4. About the delivery date: Our company has a basic amount of inventory for all products, but due to the high volume of both export and domestic sales orders, there is a possibility that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, a two-to-three-day delivery period is normal. We will make every effort to arrange early shipment. If there is inventory, we will try to ship the same day. For large orders, the delivery date and payment terms need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.
