1. About flowers: Roses are defaultly sent at C-grade. If you need other grades, please contact the customer service. There will be a certain color difference in flowers, with variations in color depth. Each batch of flowers will be different, and it is not guaranteed that each batch will be the same. Flowers are agricultural products, so please understand. The price of flowers varies daily, and if there are price changes after sending, no compensation will be made for the difference.
2. About after-sales service: Fresh flowers are perishable products, and there is a high risk of damage during transportation. If the damage is within 15% upon arrival, it is considered normal and you need to bear it. If the damage exceeds 15%, we will compensate according to the situation. If there are any problems with the flowers upon arrival, please take a photo of the flowers and the delivery receipt and contact customer service immediately. After 24 hours, we will not provide after-sales service. Fresh flowers have a time limit, please understand. We will not bear any problems that occur during the later cultivation of flowers. There are too many factors that affect the freshness of flowers. (For roses with injured outer petals and individual yellow petals, peeling off the old petals on the outside is not considered damage).
[Special Note]: Due to the special nature of the flower products, please confirm your order before making payment. After payment, the flowers will be prepared gradually. If you need to adjust after the preparation, the buyer must pay a 50% damage fee for the flower materials. After shipping, returns and exchanges are not allowed. Any losses caused by incorrect address entry must be borne by the buyer.
Regarding shipping: Flowers are not included in the shipping fee. Small items are shipped by SF Cold Chain by default. For large items, if you need to send them by logistics, you need to contact the customer service. The shipping fee varies according to each city. For remote cities, the transfer fee for the transfer needs to be borne by yourself. We cannot determine this fee. (The shipping fee includes: transportation fee + cardboard + packing fee + other packaging materials).
