If you encounter a problem, don't worry. Please follow the instructions below to resolve it:
A. Q: If the pattern doesn't come out when using a press, what should I do?
Answer: You can gently remove the pressed pattern with a toothpick or tweezers. Remember not to pick it up directly with your hands, as that might cause it to deform.
Question: If the press flower machine gets stuck, what should I do?
Answer: Pressing tools sometimes get stuck because of glue or improper use. All you need to do is gently push it with a scissors or a screwdriver and it will release.
C: Q: Are there any requirements for the paper when using a press?
Answer: Do not press hard on the paper (the general specification for paper used in the embossing machine is: 80g - 150g), otherwise, over time, it will affect the service life of the embossing machine.
