We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy, provided that the item is not affected by our resale. Please contact our customer service to process the return or exchange in a timely manner. If the return is not due to product quality, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.

 About invoices: All prices marked for our store's goods do not include tax. If you need an invoice, you will be charged for the excess amount of tax.

Hair care and maintenance:

Wigs are generally washed about once every 1-2 months, depending on the frequency of wearing.

Wash with cold water or warm water, and use a regular shampoo. You can also use a regular conditioner.
Wash the wig thoroughly and avoid using a hair dryer or other high-temperature tools to dry it. Instead, use a dry towel to gently absorb the excess moisture from the wig, and then place it in a well-ventilated area to avoid direct sunlight, which could damage the wig.
After washing, do not comb the wig immediately; wait until it is completely dry before you start to comb it.
Use a wig-specific comb (steel or iron combs are better) and do not use plastic combs!
Curly hair does not need to be combed. After each curl is in place, you can simply use your hands to arrange it.
If the wig becomes tangled and difficult to comb after long-term use, do not pull it forcefully. Instead, spray the wig with a non-oily wig care liquid, and then gently and carefully comb it apart.
Note: Do not spray hairspray or hair gel on wigs as these are used for natural hair to style it. Using these products on wigs will make them sticky.
9—Using the special non-oily care liquid for wigs is very simple: just spray a little before putting it on to make the wig soft and shiny, and it can prevent static electricity, keeping the wig moist and in good condition just like when you first bought it!
Wigs can be tied up, but you can't tie them too high or your own real hair will come out from underneath.
When combing a longer wig, it should be divided into several sections from bottom to top. Always be gentle and patient.

During the process of arranging and wearing, a small amount of hair loss is normal.
13—Keep it in its original packaging when not in use, and shake it to restore its original shape when needed.
