Products with logo engraving on hangers/wardrobes are custom-made. Once ordered, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Before the logo is engraved, we will create a sample for the buyer’s confirmation. Only after approval does the mass engraving of the logo begin. Each hanger/wardrobe is engraved manually one by one, and we strive to maintain the same quality as the sample confirmed with the customer. Variations of 0.1–0.5 are considered normal!

PS: Explanation of shipping fees for returns and exchanges (very important):

1. Cases of incorrect or missing deliveries — For incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping cost; for missing deliveries where the quantity is small or the item details indicate a shortage, the missing portion will be processed as a “refund request”. For cases with a large amount of missing delivery, we will cover the shipping cost to send it out again!

2. Product quality issues — due to the nature of wholesale, the volume is also relatively large. Under certain constraints, it is impossible for us to inspect all products in detail like in Taobao retail. Although the manufacturer has strictly controlled quality before shipping to us, the presence of some defective items is normal. However, when product quality problems occur, we have an obligation to replace the goods for the buyer. The profit margin from small-scale wholesale is already low; sometimes it is even lower than the return shipping costs. If we bear the return shipping expenses, we not only lose money but often end up losing more. No business operator wants to operate in a situation where they lose money. I believe all business owners will agree with this. Therefore, we generally adopt the following three methods to handle such situations:

① Send a replacement shipment next time (the replacement part is not included in the shipping cost)

② Return 50% of the purchase price of the product

③ Direct return or exchange (shipping cost is borne by the buyer)

3. Product damage issues — Damage usually occurs in plastic products. Due to the uneven quality of employees in the delivery industry today, as well as problems such as violent throwing, trampling, etc., even well-packed products may suffer damage during transportation and delivery. Our after-sales service will follow the handling method specified in Category 2!

4. Summary of returns and exchanges ---- If you are not satisfied with the product, do not like it, and have not used it, it is acceptable for a return or exchange, and the shipping cost is at your own expense!
