Clothing hangers/pant hangers with logo engraving are custom-made products. Once an order is placed, returns and exchanges are not allowed. Before the logo engraving, we will make a prototype for the buyer to confirm. Only after the buyer confirms will we begin mass engraving. Each hanger is handcrafted one by one to engrave the logo. We will try to maintain the same effect as the prototype confirmed by the customer, and any deviation of 0.1-0.5 is considered normal!

PS: Return and exchange shipping costs (very important):

1. In the case of incorrect or missed shipments -- if there are any incorrect shipments, we will cover the postage to resolve the issue. For missed shipments, if there are only a few items and the missing items are noted on the product detail list, the missing parts will be handled by applying for a refund. For a large number of missed shipments, we will cover the postage to help our dear customers re-send the items!

2，Product Quality Issues - Due to the special nature of wholesale, the quantity is large, and the conditions limit us from being able to check all products the way we would on e-commerce platforms like Taobao. While the manufacturer has strictly controlled quality before shipping to us, it is normal for there to be some defective products. However, if there are quality issues with the products, we have an obligation to exchange them for the buyer. However, the profit margin of our small-volume wholesale is already thin, and sometimes the profit is not even as high as the return shipping fees. If we have to pay for the return shipping fees for exchanges, we not only won't make a profit but often end up losing money. No one will engage in a business that results in losses, and this point is something all business friends will agree with: Therefore, we generally adopt the following three methods to handle the situation:

① Next time, we will send the rest of the goods (the rest of the goods do not count as freight).

Refund 50% of the product's purchase price.

③ Direct return or exchange (shipping costs to be borne by the buyer)

Note: Doing business is not easy, unless in special circumstances, we recommend that you try to use the first method for after-sales service as much as possible.

3, Product Damage Issues - Damage is generally concentrated in plastic products. Due to the uneven quality of employees in the courier industry, such as violent throwing, stepping on, etc., even if the packaging is good, there may be damage during transportation and delivery. Our after-sales service will be handled according to category 2 processing methods!

Special circumstances please consult with us to handle! (Our principle is to avoid the loss of both parties as much as possible, reduce the unnecessary costs of both parties).

4, Return and exchange summary -- If you are not satisfied with the product, do not like it, and have not used it, you can return and exchange it as long as it does not affect the second-hand sales. The freight is at your own expense!
