【Product Instructions】: Before use, make sure the top nut is tightened to prevent air leakage. The straight tube serves as the inlet, while the corrugated tube is the outlet. During use, place the straight tube into the liquid to be extracted. Press the pump ball with your hand, and the liquid will flow out naturally. When the liquid is drawn from a higher position to a lower one, stop pressing the pump ball once the tube is full. Utilize the siphon effect for self-flowing. When extraction is no longer needed, loosen the top nut or remove the inlet from the liquid surface. If you want to extract from a lower position to a higher one, you must continuously press the pump ball!

1. Buyer’s Guide: When receiving the package, be sure to open it first and inspect it. If any issues are found with the product, reject it immediately and contact the sender’s phone number on the shipping label. Local signatures by someone else are considered as your own signature. After signing, it indicates no objections to the product. We will cover all returns or exchanges due to quality problems, while any additional costs are borne by the customer.

2. Regarding shipping: We default to Zhongtong Express for delivery. Buyers who have specified a different logistics or courier company can leave us a message. For customers requiring express delivery, items ordered before 5 PM can be shipped on the same day; for those requiring regular delivery, items ordered before 6 AM can also be shipped on the same day.

3. Regarding colors: If the customer has color requirements before submitting the order, please leave a note in the lower box (i.e., noting the product number and color in the buyer’s message) so that random shipping will be used; this is not covered under after-sales services.

4. Regarding the address: Buyers must verify whether the delivery address is their own location before submitting it. Once the goods are shipped, it is very difficult to retrieve them. The damage caused by repeated shipping processes is quite serious. For all shipments, we will follow the delivery address specified after payment.

5. Regarding packaging: Since shipping always involves some inevitable issues, especially for blister packaging products (such as spinning dolls), customers with strict packaging requirements are advised to order the items in full boxes, as the products inside the original cartons are less likely to be damaged.

6. Regarding returns: The buyer must communicate with the seller before deciding to return the item to discuss the reason for the return, shipping address, and details regarding freight payment. If the return is made without prior discussion, it will not be accepted.
